SITRONICS Telecom Solutions (SITRONICS TS) is an international provider of OSS/BSS solutions, Next-Generation Network (NGN) solutions and equipment, WiMAX, IPTV and broadband systems, solutions for utility providers and a range of professional and managed services.

Part of Russia's Largest IT Company
SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, headquartered in Moscow, is the telecommunications branch of SITRONICS JSC, which was confirmed in 2008 as Russia's largest IT firm by the Expert Rating Agency.
Shares of SITRONICS JSC are listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE: SITR) and the company is majority owned by AFK Sistema, the largest public diversified corporation in Russia and the CIS. Sistema manages fast-growing companies operating in various business sectors, such as telecommunications, IT, media, insurance, banking, real estate, consumer services and others.
SITRONICS TS (formerly STROM telecom), was established in 2002 as one of the high-tech arms of SITRONICS JSC, which today also includes SITRONICS Microelectronic Solutions, SITRONICS Information Technologies and SITRONICS Consumer Products & Services.
Over 50 Years of Communications Experience
Founded in 1993, STROM telecom a.s. of Prague, Czech Republic, had worked to establish itself as a reputable player in Eastern and Southern Europe's telecommunications market. In 1998, STROM telecom acquired Tesla Tech, a long-time partner established in 1957 in Votice, Czech Republic that manufactures communication and electro-mechanical equipment.
STROM telecom's success in implementing billing and network solutions in Russia, Germany, Serbia and other countries attracted the attention of AFK Sistema, which brought together the appropriate mix of skills and resources needed to grow into a truly multi-national company.
In June 2006, SITRONICS JSC gained the controlling majority of Greece's INTRACOM TELECOM, a leading southern-European supplier & producer of mobile network equipment, solutions for WiMAX, IPTV, xDSL solutions and more, enabling the company to collaborate closely with the mutual goal of expanding deeper into highly-strategic markets in Russia and other CIS countries, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
