SITRONICS TS, CZ to Deliver Billing and CRM System for Indian Operator Shyam TeleServices
SITRONICS TS signed two contracts with Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd.
Prague, June 26th, 2009 - SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, a producer of telecommunication infrastructure and information systems, signed two contracts with Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd. (previously known as Shyam Telelink Limited), the pan-Indian telecommunications operator, to deliver, deploy and service its CRM and Billing System.
The contracts amount to US$ 64.2 million in total, and are expected to be implemented within three years. The project will be implemented in three stages, in direct correlation with Sistema Shyam TeleServices' subscriber base growth. The deployment of the new system based on the FORIS solution will enable the Indian operator to service its fast-growing subscriber base and streamline its internal business processes.
Sergey Aslanian, President of SITRONICS, commented: "This is our largest project in India. The CRM and Billing System solution is an end-to-end flexible system which will allow Sistema Shyam TeleServices to meet client expectations and adapt to changing market conditions in the most efficient and timely manner."
The FORIS solutions are currently applied for the networks of 25 telecommunications operators in a number of countries, including the Czech Republic, Germany, Russia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan, covering over 100 million customers.
